Shipping and Delivery

At we believe in fast service. We use FedEx, Fedex SmartPost or U.S. Postal Service for all of our shipments. We stock our merchandise in our Wisconsin warehouse. This central location in Middleton, Wisconsin is within 2 to 9 business days for the 48 contiguous states. All in-stock items ordered by 2:00 CST are shipped the same business day. Our fast turnaround of orders ensures that your products are delivered to you on time. Our fast order turnaround ensures you get your product on time and in great shape.


How do I know if my item is in stock?

We stock nearly all of the merchandise we sell in our Middleton, Wisconsin warehouse to ensure fast shipping. You will find the stock status of each product clearly displayed on the product page and in the shopping cart.


Shipping & Handling Charges

We believe shipping and handling charges should be fair. Our standard shipping and handling charges are based on the dollar value of the items in your order.

Additional Shipping Information

  • When shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or U.S. Possessions and Territories, the shipping options are Priority Mail [3-5 days] and Parcel Post [2-4 weeks]. Shipping charges to these locations are based on weight.
  • Some perishable products, such as cheese curds, require 2nd Day Air delivery to guarantee freshness.
  • Shipping outside of the United States is not currently offered.
