Celebrate a Milwaukee, Wisconsin Brewed Beer with an Authentic Beer Hat Visor!

If you're just not a cowboy-hat wearing kinda guy or gal OR you just want to give your head some breathing room, the new beer visor is perfect for you. It's great for wearing to the game, the track, the bar, concerts, parties, picnics and more. These unique Beer Visors are sure to make a real statement. Made from real Miller Lite beer cases, these hats are professionally cut, assembled, and machine sewn... there is no mistaking these for anything home-made. The hats are one-size-fits-all and have an elastic band that accommodates a wide variety of head sizes as well as makes them comfortable to wear. Made from new beer cases, the cardboard is coated with urethane or plastic to increase the strength. The hat will protect you from the elements, but don't swim in it... it's not meant to be soaked! (You can imagine if wet beer cans can typically be stored and carried inside, these hats can take a reasonable amount of wear and tear, rain, abuse etc.) Made in the USA, these visors are a great gift for any beer lover.

  • Are Beer Hats really made from actual beer cases?
Yes, Beer Hats are made from beer cases. New cases are purchased directly from the brewery.
  • How do beer Hats hold up in the rain?
Beer hats are made from actual beer cases which are made from what they call "wet board" - cardboard treated with a polyurethane. This material is made to withstand can cases being in ice water for over 36 hours and still be able to hold their beer cans without disintegrating. Beer Hats have been tested in the rain and at the beach and water beads right off them. Please note, if water gets inside the hat, they may not withstand the water so well.
  • How are Beer Hats "one size fits all"?
The Beer Hats are designed to flex on the sides so that they will fit any size and/or shape of head. An elastic band on the inside assists in sizing and comfort.
  • Why would I buy a Beer Hat when I could make one myself?
The look of the Beer Hat has developed and matured over the years from a clumsy looking hat cut out by hand and held together with staples to something that is grabbing everyone's attention. The patterns for the hat are cut from a precision die using a 15 ton press that makes every hat the same. The hats are then assembled and sewn together using industrial sewing machines. The hat is much more professional looking and impressive than something you can make at home.
