The Perfect Gift for Students or Alumni
This castle-like fortress has stood sentry for years next to the Union and now houses the Campus Information and Visitors Center, the first official introduction to the University of Wisconsin for many students and their parents. This high quality offset lithograph is 11" x 14" and is printed on 90 lb 100% cotton cover.
Painted by Professor Ron Daggett, a UW-Madison alumni and mechanical engineering professor. Professor Daggett died in 2004, but is remembered for his engineering breakthroughs as well as his precise watercolor paintings. The Professor co-developed one of the nation’s first successful plastic heart valves and developed one of the nation’s first university plastics departments.
