Open Country Campware

The Open Country Campware originated when the Metal Ware Corporation purchased Open Country from Mirro Corporation in 1986. Metal Ware Corporation, located in Two Rivers, Wisconsin, began producing camping equipment, primarily for cooking, over the next decade until it quietly was put on the backburner. Starting in January of 2000 the Open Country Campware was reinvigorated by the Metal Ware Corporation for a new generation. Utilizing stick-free technology and an automatic fish scaler, Open Country Campware is now one of the leading manufacturers in camp cookware.
